8. Security of Your Data
AWA takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized AWA officers and volunteers who require it for the purposes set out above and are bound by confidentiality.
9. Children’s Data
AWA membership and website services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 16 years of age without parental consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal or organizational changes. The latest version will always be available on our website and will indicate the date it became effective. If changes materially affect how we process your personal data, we will notify members directly.
